What is the status of my order?
We have a dedicated page to help our customers track their orders, from getting accepted to Delivery Stage with a dedicated map view to see the courier's position on the map in Real-Time 😸
Can I change my order?
Yes 😸 We get on average 4 to 9 requests from our customers that they need to change the colors of their T-shirts, sometimes they want to change the size, or they made some tiny mistake in their address, we are more than happy to edit your order and you will be either refunded or charged based on the new calculated price, and don't worry if you are using a discount, that will be calculated with the new costs as well.
However there are some cases where we can't edit the order
- The order was already set for shipment
- The order is being delivered
- The requested changes in the order are not available
Where do you ship?
We are currently deliver only inside the US, but we are planning to expand soon worldwide, we get lots of requests from the EU 🇪🇺, and we will expand their first 😸

How long does it take to ship my order?
Getting your order directly to your doorsteps is of our utmost goals, so we are constantly working on improving our shipping times
As of the current moment, it takes from 2 - 3 weeks to deliver your order
How do I reach you if there is a question/issue?
There are 2 ways to reach us
1. You can send us a message on our live chat, you will be greeted by a bot but basically if you told it that you need to talk to someone, it will connect u with one of our Customer Support and they will do their best to help you, or even have a friendly chat with you 😸
2. You can drop us an email from here and we will get back to you as soon as we can, or you can directly send us an email on customer-happiness@purr-fect-brews.com
How do I know my correct size?
We have our dedicated system that you can tell it your body's dimensions and it will automatically tell you which size would fit for you! 😸

Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently allow payment through Paypal only, which basically allows you to pay with any payment methods you need and as well provide you with secure payment methods and avoid rare (but annoying) payment gateways issues like being charged twice or not being able to capture payment at all
Which Currency will I be charged in?
We accept US Dollars only as of the moment, when we expand world wide, the currency will be localized according to each customer's local currency, and the prices will be displayed in the local currencies as well, so you don't have to worry about currency conversions

How long does it take to ship my order?

Do you offer fast shipping?
Unfortunately due to the current times that we are living in, we don't have an option to offer our customers shipping less than 2 days, but we are working on improving our shipping times and doing more contracts with warehouses around the states so that we are able to deliver in shorter durations
How can I track my order?
Whenever you place an order from our checkout page, you will be given an order tracking ID.
You can visit Track My Order page where you will find things like, what is the current status of my order? is it received?, is it in production?, or is it in Delivery Stage?
In the Delivery Stage, you will find a map that allows you to track the courier's position on a Map in real time so that you can rest assured that your order will soon be on your doorsteps
Is it safe to receive the package from your couriers?
Absolutely, all our staff has underwent training in order not to pose any danger on you or them when delivering, we have a dedicated "Contactless Delivery" option in our checkout that automatically leaves a note to our couriers to make "Contactless Delivery", you can also leave a note to us if you want us to take more instructions from you on how we should deliver the package
What If am not home?
Normally we don't have a straightforward way to fix this, but if for any reason you will find yourself unable to receive the order, please email us on customer-happiness@purr-fect-brews.com or talk to our customer support on Live Chat and we will do our best to handle this, please make sure that you leave us a note of this before the order is scheduled to arrive with at least 12-Hour so that we are able to handle it, otherwise the courier will be forced to leave the package on your door and mark the order as shipped.
Of course we will try to help as much as we can, but please note that there is not much we can do once the order was delivered and you didn't receive it in your home, and we can't offer Refunds in such cases as per our Refund Policy
Refunds
Your Refund Policy is too long, can you sum it up for me?
Here are the requirements for you to be eligible for a refund 😸
- The purchase was made before +30 days has passed from receiving it
- You have a receipt or proof of purchase
- the item was damaged or faulty upon delivery and you sent us a picture of the product in that state
- The item you are refunding was not a sale item nor was it discounted
- The Item didn't fit or you bought the wrong size
Some of the cases where we can't issue a refund back to you 😿
- We delivered the package to your home but you weren't there
- You lost the receipt or proof of purchase
